Pour qu'un requérant puisse se prétendre victime, il faut qu'il produise des indices raisonnables et convaincants de la probabilité de réalisation d'une violation en ce qui le concerne personnellement ; de simples suspicions ou conjectures sont insuffisantes à cet égard (Centre de ressources juridiques au nom de Valentin Câmpeanu c.
